Alfred Berg Likviditet Pluss – Norwegian Short Bond -NOK

HIGHLIGHTS

Norwegian – Very Low Risk – Diversification – Very Short Duration – NOK Exposure*

STRATEGY

Alfred Berg Likviditet Pluss is a Norwegian fund that invests in Norwegian kroner deposits, commercial paper and bonds with a fixed-interest term of less than 12 months. The issuers of the instruments are primarily states, municipalities, counties, industrial enterprises and financial institutions with an investment grade credit rating of BBB-/Baa3 or better. The Fund does not invest in subordinated loans. Credit risk in the Fund is restricted via detailed research into the issuers’ financial situation and their ability to pay interest and repay principal. Credit risk is also limited by the fact that the weighted average remaining term of the Fund never exceeds 1.5 years. The Fund’s objective is to provide unitholders with a return above the Fund’s benchmark index, via exposure to a highly diversified portfolio of solid businesses. The modified duration of the Fund will at all times be between 0 and 1, meaning that the interest rate risk of the Fund is low. The benchmark index is the Oslo Stock Exchange’s Government Bond Index, 0.5Y. The Fund is a UCITS fund, with the ability to invest in derivatives.
