STRATEGY

Alfred Berg Korträntefond Hållbar is an actively managed interest rate fund. The objective is for the fund to achieve a value development that exceeds the fund’s benchmark index OMRX Treasury Bill Index over the long term. The placement strategy is based on fundamental analysis. The fund’s investments shall have an average maturity for the entire portfolio within the range of 0-1 years. Under certain conditions, the fund may place more than 35 percent of the fund’s value in debt securities issued or guaranteed by the Swedish state, Swedish municipalities, states or municipal authorities in the EEA or intergovernmental bodies in which one or more EEA states are members. The fund applies a model in which sustainability factors are integrated into the credit analysis focusing on selecting issuers which, according to the fund company, have well-planned management and risk management in the sustainability area, and opting for issuers with specific or difficult environmental, social or business ethical risks linked to factors such as the company’s ongoing business, products / services or geographical presence.
