STRATEGY

The fund is an actively managed fund and its assets are to be placed in real estate and construction companies primarily in the Nordic markets. The fund will invest in purely real estate companies where the companies mainly own completed properties. The fund may also invest in construction and construction companies, i.e. companies that build buildings, infrastructure, etc. Despite the above, the Fund may invest a maximum of 10 percent of the Fund’s funds in companies in the real estate and construction industry outside the Nordic region.
